To mark the third anniversary of this large-scale war, the Ukrainian Post, in collaboration with the International Center for Ukrainian Victory (ICUV) and the Anti-Corruption Action Center, is presenting eloquent stamps: "Make Russia Pay" and "Make Russia Small Again."
