Results of the second round of the presidential election of April 24, 2022, announced by the Constitutional Council: Mr Emmanuel Macron obtained 18,768,639 votes, i.e. 58.55% of the votes cast. Mrs. Marine Le Pen obtained 13,288,686 votes, or 41.45% of the votes cast.

Mr. Emmanuel Macron having received the absolute majority of the votes cast, the Constitutional Council on this April 27, 2022 proclaims Mr. Emmanuel Macron elected President of the Republic. His new mandate will begin on May 14, 2022 at midnight.
